Responsibilities

Selling home pest-control services door-to-door across some of the fastest-growing markets in the U.S
Learning to communicate, persuade, lead, and win while earning uncapped commissions
Gaining world-class sales training and daily mentorship from industry professionals
Developing leadership skills and opportunities to lead teams and recruit reps next season
Building real-world experience in lead generation, marketing, time management, and closing deals
Mastering influence, negotiation, and people skills
Setting goals and executing with discipline and accountability
