Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and inspire the UI art team, providing feedback and guidance to ensure artistic quality and professional growth
Collaborate with UI designers, artists, and the Art Director to create a visually cohesive, user-centered UI that amplifies the Cyberpunk aesthetic
Establish and maintain a clear visual language that complements the game's core design and narrative direction
Ensure consistency and quality of the UI art style across all aspects of the game
Partner with directors and Production to plan, prioritize, and track UI work, ensuring timely delivery at the expected quality
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience as a UI artist in the games industry, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in crafting UI for AAA titles and maintaining a cohesive art style
Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma or other relevant software
Strong artistic sense, with the ability to balance creative, stylized aesthetics and user-centered functionality
Experience leading and mentoring other artists, with excellent communication and leadership skills
Demonstrated experience to adapt design principles to create unique, recognizable UI that reflects the cyberpunk theme
Proficiency in typography, color theory, and layout
Ability to deliver and receive feedback in a productive and accountable manner
Preferred
General knowledge of Unreal Engine workflows and pipelines
Understanding of how UI interacts with gameplay systems within Unreal
Familiarity with Blueprints or general scripting principles
Experience collaborating across disciplines (design, engineering, VFX) within Unreal
Deep understanding of the cyberpunk genre, including familiarity with iconic cyberpunk films, games, and visual references
