The Talent Acquisition Consultant will focus on recruiting for Exempt and Leadership positions, collaborating with business leaders to develop sourcing strategies and implement effective recruitment programs.

Responsibilities

Focus on Exempt and Leadership level positions
Offer guidance and expertise on sourcing strategies and related projects to less experienced staff as needed
Determine strategies to source talent across a variety of disciplines in partnership with business leaders
Recruit, screen and select candidates for a variety of positions throughout the company
Research best practices and work closely with management to develop and implement effective Recruitment programs and strategies
Support corporate hiring initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Required

Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent, related experience
8 or more years - or Bachelor's Degree equivalent plus 10 or more years
Advanced knowledge of practices within field
Thorough knowledge of employment laws, recruiting concepts and practices
Corporate Recruiting experience with a track record of strategic partnerships to build pipelines and attract talent
Proven interest and ability to Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve challenges
Experienced negotiation with Agencies and vendors
Project work to include: integrations and upgrades of sourcing tools, hiring events, etc
Proven Exceptional organizational, communication and negotiating skills
Working knowledge of HRIS/Applicant Tracking Systems
Collaboration Tools, Sourcing and data mining experience, AI in Recruiting, etc

Preferred

PHR/SPHR Certification Preferred But Not Required
