Responsibilities

Analyze SPC system data to identify trends, perform root causes analysis, escalate decisions, and provide insights for continuous improvement

Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of inspection equipment to ensure operational efficiency and reliability

Make informed decisions on releasing or holding products for inspection during shifts, maintaining product quality standards

Work closely with production teams to implement control plans and address quality issues effectively

Ensure adherence to food safety standards and certifications, leading and coordination food safety audits and inspections

Conduct rigorous inspections processes to ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory and internal requirements

Maintain and troubleshoot inspection equipment to ensure consistent operational readiness and minimize disruptions to the quality control process
