Responsibilities

Research, identify, and order materials and equipment using Navy supply systems, including NSN and part number lookups
Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries; verify accuracy of shipments and documentation
Operate forklift and government vehicle/truck to transport, load, and unload materials as required
Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and tracking of all materials
Assist with ERP 'Goods Receipt' processing and documentation for materials received and issued

Qualification

Forklift certificationNavy ERP experienceInventory controlMaterial handlingAttention to detail

Required

Valid state driver's license and ability to obtain or maintain base driving authorization
Current forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon assignment
Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse duties
Proficiency in computer-based systems; experience with Navy ERP or similar supply systems preferred
Strong attention to detail, accountability, and adherence to Navy safety and supply procedures
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Preferred

Experience working with the DoD; Navy experience preferred
An active security clearance
