Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and repair furniture including wood, leather, and upholstered pieces
Perform wood repairs including burn-ins, wood graining, and refinishing
Repair leather scuffs, holes, tears, and other surface damage
Conduct upholstery repairs including mechanism and structural replacements
Organize and manage daily workload efficiently to meet repair schedules
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform additional tasks as directed by management
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with wood furniture, leather, and upholstery
Proficient in a variety of repair techniques including wood touch-ups, structural repairs, and leather restoration
Must pass a 7-year criminal background check and drug test
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and move furniture as needed (up to 50 lbs)
