Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 for large, complex projects
Perform project controls functions including cost control, project planning, risk management, and internal/external reporting
Collaborate with project managers to create achievable project plans based on resource availability and constraints
Provide guidance to key stakeholders regarding project milestones, timelines, and risks
Develop work breakdown structures (WBS) to support activity scheduling and project tracking
Ensure compliance with corporate governance and provide recommendations for resolution on cost, budget, and procurement issues
Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and offering solutions to keep projects on track
Support the execution of transmission and distribution projects, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
Experience in cost controls and planning/scheduling for EPC projects
Expertise in modern scheduling tools, preferably Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of the overall Project Management Organization function
Preferred
Primavera and PMI Scheduling Professional certifications
