McCulloh Consulting is a technology company seeking a strategic, data-driven Director/Senior Director of Sales Operations to lead their US-based direct sales organization. This high-impact role involves partnering with executive leadership to drive sales strategy, process improvement, and operational excellence to fuel SaaS growth.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales operations teams
Develop and execute SaaS sales strategies to scale revenue and drive efficiency
Oversee territory planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI analysis
Implement and optimize sales enablement tools (Salesforce, Power BI/Tableau)
Standardize and streamline sales processes and reporting
Drive operational alignment across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product
Support sales target setting, incentive plan design, and performance management
Provide actionable business insights to executive leadership

Required

10+ years in sales operations or sales leadership, preferably in SaaS
10+ years' experience with direct and channel partner sales in SaaS environments
Proven track record of leading direct SaaS sales organizations with measurable revenue and delivery growth
Deep expertise in SaaS sales operations, forecasting, pipeline analysis, and enablement
Strong financial and business acumen; ability to model, analyze, and communicate complex data
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred)
Highly analytical; experience with Power BI or Tableau
Experience selling into industries such as Government, Insurance, Education, and Financial Services
Experience with sales operations frameworks and process optimization
Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive-level presentation skills

Preferred

Direct sales experience
Experience in SaaS industry (preferred)
Experience working with or selling to large, big tech SaaS companies (e.g., Microsoft, DocuSign, etc.)
We strongly prefer candidates with experience at large, high-growth SaaS or technology companies—especially those serving enterprise clients and regulated industries
