Responsibilities
Perform troubleshooting and repairs on blow molding machines and automotive manufacturing equipment
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues to maximize equipment uptime
Conduct both preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure smooth operations
Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding equipment status and potential hazards
Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following 5S practices
Accurately maintain equipment and maintenance records
Adapt to changing priorities and support other areas as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in blow mold and automotive repair within an industrial manufacturing environment
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds as needed
High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or accredited apprenticeship preferred
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairs
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and work instructions
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and overtime
Commitment to punctuality, safety, and teamwork
Preferred
Technical degree or accredited apprenticeship preferred
