Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for functions related to teaching, advising, research, service, and recruiting

The Assistant Professor of Political Science will teach 12 credit hours of undergraduate courses per semester in a physical classroom, hold face to face office hours (10 hours per week), attend departmental and university meetings, attend commencements, and be the primary advisor for undergraduate students majoring in Political Science

The Assistant Professor of Political Science will work closely with the Department Head of History and Political Science in submitting Political Science assessment data every academic year
