Responsibilities

Partner with the COO to develop a deep understanding of Easterly to quickly distill complex ideas into simple and articulate deliverables
Serve as a central point of coordination, effectively project managing and triaging requests from various stakeholders to ensure executive leadership are responsive in addressing the needs of the business
Lead or support each functional area with hands on execution on day-to-day items and projects spanning investment operations, marketing, client servicing, finance, technology, and compliance
Drive information gathering and project planning with concise, actionable direction, resulting in concrete next steps
Ability to seamlessly execute on multiple initiatives simultaneously
Demonstrate the ability to build and cultivate positive relationships with Strategic Partners
Concise reporting on key business initiatives to support leadership in making timely and informed decisions
Prepare emails, business memos, presentations and other documents as needed, ensuring all materials are accurate and professionally presented
Create presentations that effectively tell a story for the board, business partners, current clients, and prospective partnerships
Conduct thorough meeting preparation, coordinating prep calls and managing the appropriate follow-up

Required

Bachelor's degree in business with strong academic performance
5-7 years of proven experience as a management consultant or within the financial services industry
Highly effective communicator with excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple simultaneous priorities and initiatives
Strong project management skills, attention to detail; highly organized; strong communication and analytical skills a must
Focused on driving results, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Thrive in a highly regulated environment that demands compliance oversight
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools is a must
