Serve as the primary IT owner and subject matter expert for CRM platforms

Develop the roadmap for CRM platform transition, ensuring minimal disruption

Oversee ongoing operation, support, and enhancement of existing CRM environments

Lead the end-to-end planning, selection, design, and implementation of new CRM platforms

Conduct thorough assessments of current and future business needs

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets

Define and oversee data migration strategy, ensuring data accuracy and integrity

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)

Strong understanding of CRM best practices pertaining to business information

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred

Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field

Experience with other major CRM platforms is a significant plus
