Head of Business Development
Albert Bow is a leading digital trading and technology firm known for its active role in the digital asset liquidity landscape. They are seeking a Head of Business Development to lead commercial efforts, shape strategy, and expand their business unit focused on market making and execution services.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the growth plan for institutional services across crypto and Web3 verticals
Build relationships with founders, funds, and platforms across exchanges, projects, and protocols
Lead structuring of liquidity and execution partnerships, including commercial negotiations
Align client needs with internal capabilities to deliver high-impact, tailored solutions
Hire, develop, and manage a team of business development professionals
Set KPIs and regularly report on pipeline progress, conversions, and revenue impact
Liaise with product, trading, and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment
Represent the firm at conferences, panels, and ecosystem events across the Americas
Qualification
Required
Experience in a client-facing role within crypto, trading, or financial technology
Deep understanding of crypto market structure, trading flows, and liquidity needs
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to originate and close high-value partnerships
Strong commercial instincts and a network within the crypto/Web3 ecosystem
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience managing and mentoring commercial teams
Willingness to engage with clients across global time zones in a 24/7 market
