Dassault Falcon Jet is seeking a Senior Credit Collection Analyst responsible for collecting Accounts Receivable and analyzing financial information. The role includes reviewing and releasing sales orders, resolving payment issues, and preparing monthly A/R reports for management.

Responsibilities

Responsible for collection of several “High Volume” accounts (ASC accounts)

Assist resolving customer disputes including warranty issues

Evaluate customer past pay performance and current account status to make credit decisions within credit policy

Represent company at NACM meetings, fulfill bi-weekly reporting requirements

Assist preparation of monthly A/R reports to management

Prepare paperwork and secure approvals for customer refund of credit balances

Serve as back-up for Credit Manager

Other duties assigned by management

Work closely with A/R to resolve payment discrepancies

Fulfill bi-weekly NACM requirements
