Identify and develop new commercial maintenance contract opportunities with local office buildings, medical facilities, and retail businesses
Conduct on-site assessments and gather information to prepare customized service proposals
Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to contract close
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, facility managers, and property management companies
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualification
Required
Proven success in outside sales, business development, or B2B account management, preferably in service-based industries
Strong ability to generate leads, build rapport quickly, and close deals with decision-makers
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven with a professional presence
Comfortable working independently and managing a local territory
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
