Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end factory standup and ramp planning for semiconductor manufacturing facilities, including equipment, process, workforce, and systems readiness
Build and manage integrated project schedules that align facilities buildout, cleanroom certification, tool install/qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and MES integration
Drive alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities, IT, and external vendors to deliver on complex technical dependencies
Oversee tool install coordination, working with equipment suppliers and internal teams to manage move-in, hook-up, and qualification timelines
Lead operational readiness planning, including workforce onboarding, training, and shift modeling for fab or advanced packaging environments
Coordinate with EHS and Facilities to ensure compliance with cleanroom, chemical, gas, electrical, and safety protocols
Monitor and report on critical metrics including project milestones, resource utilization, budget adherence, and production readiness KPIs
Serve as the primary escalation point for risk identification, issue resolution, and change control across program workstreams
Ensure that Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), data capture, and automation technologies are deployed and validated in time for ramp
Drive change management to support system transitions, process adoption, and cultural integration in new factory environments
Develop and deliver executive-level program updates, dashboards, and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience
