Responsibilities

Welcome and orient guests to poolside services

Provide guests with water, amenity service (cool towels, refreshments, sunscreen, etc.), towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas

Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction

Required

High school education or equivalent experience

Customer service experience required is six months to one full year of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organizations
