Responsibilities

Building and maintaining detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, operating models, debt sizing)

Perform valuation analysis to support investment decisions

Assist in drafting investment memos and presentation materials for the Investment Committee

Coordinate due diligence for M&A and financing transactions

Conduct in-depth research on the waste and environmental services market

Track sector trends

Support portfolio company performance reporting

Contribute to operational improvement projects and strategic initiatives

Collaborate closely with senior investment professionals, management teams, advisors, and lenders

Required

Minimum 1-2 years of investment banking experience

Strong financial modelling and valuation skills

Strong understanding of transaction processes and due diligence
