Responsibilities
Create, configure, and manage Databricks clusters
Monitor cluster performance and troubleshoot issues
Optimize cluster configurations for cost and performance
Manage user access and permissions
Set up and manage user roles and groups
Ensure proper authentication and authorization mechanisms are in place
Perform regular system maintenance and updates
Monitor system health and performance metrics
Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues
Qualification
Required
Experience with Databricks platform and Apache Spark
Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
US Citizenship required
Preferred
Understanding of Python, SQL, and other relevant programming languages
Understanding of Azure
