Senior Manager, Audience Strategy (LGBTQ+ Focus)

The Senior Manager, Audience Strategy will lead social strategy and community management efforts for LGBTQ+ audiences, acting as the main point of contact for clients and ensuring high-quality deliverables in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, translating their needs and objectives into strategic work
Develop and nurture long-lasting client relationships
Drive client needs forward through collaboration and support from Audience Strategy, Creative Production, and other supporting teams
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are of high quality and delivered on time
Lead shaping digital strategies that include content creation, community growth, measurement and analytics, and more
Oversee and support on voice/tone development, copywriting, and community management efforts, on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more
Oversee and support conceptualization of creative pitches for client’s social content calendar
Oversee and develop weekly/monthly social recap reports with qualitative and quantitative insights
Occasional evening or weekend work may be needed based on client needs
Qualification
Required
6+ years of social media strategy/management and digital marketing is a must
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Consistent follow-through ability to traffic communication and ensure project accuracy
A creative point of view, a 'can-do' attitude and a 'what's next' mentality
Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to provide and receive feedback
Passion for storytelling, listening to what our target communities have to say
Strong computer skills and hands-on understanding G Suite and project management tools such as Monday dot com
Preferred
Agency experience strongly preferred
Experience in developing strategies and managing communities for underestimated (historically marginalized) audiences preferred
Result-oriented and client-focused with a passion for account management, relationship building, and team management
Experience managing accounts for large brands and/or entertainment properties a plus
Influencer and/or Experiential experience are a plus
