Responsibilities

Conduct national security risk assessments for prospective investments and partnerships
Track regulatory activity and help to coordinate filings across FDI screening regimes (e.g., CFIUS and non-U.S. equivalents) and competition authorities
Represent the organization at relevant industry events and policy forums
Analyze and monitor global policy and geopolitical developments affecting technology, trade, and investment. Prepare clear, concise policy briefs for internal stakeholders

Required

Demonstrated experience in government, consulting, or in-house roles focused on national security and geopolitical analysis
Strong working knowledge of foreign investment review processes (e.g., CFIUS) and related due diligence requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex policy and regulatory concepts clearly to senior audiences
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Proven analytical and problem-solving ability, with sound judgment and discretion
Highly collaborative team player comfortable working across legal, policy, and business functions
Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree preferred
Experience working in a national security-related role within the U.S. government required
