Detecting, triaging, and mitigating OCI service-impacting events as quickly as possible
Minimizing the downtime of OCI services
Delivering excellent major incident management
Operating systems with high scalability, performance, and security that help prevent incidents from occurring
Responding within minutes to ensure customer impact is minimized
Interacting with and influencing leaders across Oracle
Driving broad, cross-organization programs aimed at iteratively improving OCI-wide service availability

Required

6 to 10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related field

Experience in minimizing downtime of services
Ability to interact with and influence leaders across the organization
Experience in driving cross-organization programs for service availability improvement
