The HVAC Equipment Installation Foreman plays a crucial role in managing the installation of HVAC equipment and supervising technicians to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

Fabricate duct transitions in the field

Layout sheet metal duct and fittings including but not limited to

Provide instruction to technicians and helpers

Pre-plan and schedule work processes

Interpret job drawings and blueprints

Manage the installation of refrigerant lines, ensuring proper connection to HVAC equipment in compliance with manufacturer guidelines and industry standards

Install gas supply piping to equipment

Assist other team members with job duties as necessary

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, legal regulations, and recommended best practices

Collaborate with all Associates to uphold the company’s mission and values

Supervises complex jobs with multiple technicians

Qualification

EPA licenseBrazing certificationHVAC installation experienceMicrosoft Office

Required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Apple iOS software

Proficiency with applicable tools and operational renderings

Ability to pass drug screening

Ability to prove US employment eligibility

Must possess EPA license

Must possess Brazing certification

Must possess a valid driver's license
