Toyota North America is currently hiring for a Software Engineer for a temporary assignment. This role involves working as part of a Scrum team to develop C#.NET web applications aimed at enhancing efficiency within the Manufacturing Engineering division.

Responsibilities

Build applications to improve efficiency and reduce lead time for the PE division's team members

Qualification

Required

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability and desire to learn new technologies and support the continuous improvement of the team's processes
Working knowledge in developing C# .NET web applications (.NET core is a plus)
Proficient in the following: React, Angular, MVC framework (At least one)
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies, especially Scrum
Must be prepared to show and/or discuss examples of previously developed systems/applications
Experience designing relational databases
Work Authorization: Green Card, US Citizen

Preferred

Experience using AI tools to enhance software development work
Experience developing applications using a microservices architecture
Experience working as part of a Scrum team
Experience building web applications using Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud services (or other cloud platforms)
Proficient in the following: SQL Server, DocumentDB/MongoDB
Automotive or other manufacturing/engineering
Preferred years of experience: 2 years
Travel required: 25% or less
Shift timings: 9 AM to 5 PM
