Assist in the admission process with potential patients and/or families in the patient’s current setting
Develop positive productive relationships with current and potential referral sources, patients, and families
Interact with patients and/or families
Complete admission paperwork with patients and/or family members
Produce monthly tracking log
Positively impact SNF admissions
Daily travel to Maury Regional Medical Center
