Responsibilities
10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in a solution architecture or technical leadership role
Proven expertise with Java Spring Boot, RESTful API design, and microservices architecture
Excellent understanding of enterprise integration patterns, EDI is a plus
Strong cloud deployment experience with VMware Tanzu and AWS EKS
Practical knowledge of AWS, GCP, Kafka, Confluent cloud, APIGEE API gateway and distributed systems
Experience with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, Terraform , and container orchestration
Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences
Demonstrated ability to bridge technology with business outcomes
Hands-on experience with modern observability tools SPLUNK, ELK, log rocket etc
Familiarity with HL7, FHIR interoperability, EDI, and accessibility standards. Healthcare payer experience is preferred
Familiarity with the AI assisted development using GitHub co-pilot and Gemini code Assist is preferred
Familiarity with the low code/no code testing platforms like ACCELQ, UiPath and mabl is preferred
Experience managing SRE, production support teams and operations in general is an added advantage
Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, support strategic initiatives, and enable data-driven decision-making. Possesses a strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in a solution architecture or technical leadership role
