Responsibilities
Define and lead the global commercial excellence strategy in alignment with corporate goals
Inspire and guide regional and functional teams to adopt best practices in sales execution, pricing, and customer engagement
Act as a change agent, driving transformation initiatives across commercial functions
Lead the global CPQ strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement
Ensure CPQ tools are intuitive, scalable, and integrated with CRM and ERP systems
Collaborate with Product, Pricing, and IT teams to maintain configuration logic, pricing models, and approval workflows
Own the global CRM strategy, ensuring it supports sales processes and customer lifecycle management
Drive CRM adoption, training, and enhancements to improve usability and data quality
Leverage CRM insights to support forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic decision-making
Design and implement efficient, scalable workflows to support lead-to-order and quote-to-cash processes
Identify automation opportunities to streamline operations and reduce manual effort
Ensure workflows are compliant, auditable, and aligned with business objectives
Establish and enforce global data governance policies across commercial systems
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility for analytics and reporting
Lead the development of dashboards and KPIs to monitor commercial performance and drive actionable insights
Qualification
Required
Minimum experience: Manager/Supervisor
Strategic leadership experience in commercial enablement
Experience in defining and leading global commercial excellence strategies
Proven ability to inspire and guide teams in sales execution, pricing, and customer engagement
Experience as a change agent driving transformation initiatives
Ownership of global CPQ strategy and implementation
Experience with CRM strategy and optimization
Ability to drive CRM adoption, training, and enhancements
Experience in designing and implementing efficient workflows
Knowledge of data governance policies and commercial analytics
