Responsibilities

Drive the planning, coordination, and execution of end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across complex Order-to-Cash workflows
Ensure new features and releases meet both business and technical requirements
Partner closely with engineering, QA, product, and finance teams to deliver seamless, high-quality customer experiences from order initiation through billing and fulfillment

Required

5+ years of hands-on experience leading UAT or QA efforts in complex eCommerce or subscription platform environments
Proven expertise in Order-to-Cash workflows, including order management, provisioning, billing, invoicing, and payment processing
Experience with financial systems integrations (Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP platforms)
Strong background in test case design, execution, defect management, and UAT coordination
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Postman; experience with test automation is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and present results clearly to both technical and business audiences
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
