Sales Operations Coordinator

Forge Nano Inc. is a fast-growing materials company focused on manufacturing nano-scale coatings. They are seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to assist the sales team with Trade Show Attendance and SalesForce CRM activities.

Responsibilities

Convention Coordination : starting with an audit of Semicon West and completing unfulfilled tasks (i.e. registrations)
Coordinate Sales Related Visitors: i.e. Visitor Guide, meeting room prep, agenda
SalesForce Lead Input and Distribution: drip campaigns, trade shows, COX Group, Website, etc
Confirmation that all data from converted leads is captured in the Account, Contact, or Opportunity record
Facilitate the creation of brochures, giveaways, booth backdrops, branded FN clothing, and branded giveaways
Develop relationships with contacts for the creation of brochures, giveaways, booth backdrops, and branded giveaways
Develop relationships with vendors close to the corporate office in Thornton where we can go to preview and buy branded FN clothing
Administration of DocuSign documents (NDAs, Discount Justification Forms, etc.)
Coordination and facilitation of requested SalesForce CRM updates and actively presenting opportunities to improve workflow, usability, and reporting to Sales Leadership for consideration
Special projects as requested by Sales Leadership and the CTO

Qualification

Required

Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Agent, or similar (approx. 3-6 years)
Deep hands-on experience administering SalesForce CRM software
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams)
QuickBooks experience a plus
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Undergraduate level degree is a plus (BSc. in a STEM field is preferred)
