Reaching out to candidates from a provided list
Managing the first step in the hiring process — from initial contact through a simple online form
Tracking candidate progress in our easy-to-use applicant tracking system
Communicating effectively with candidates and hiring managers
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong organization and attention to detail
A self-starter who enjoys working independently and managing their own time
Preferred
Experience in sales or recruiting is a plus — but not required
