Experience in documenting failure modes to improve model reasoning
Ability to converse with the model on language scenarios
Skill in verifying factual accuracy and logical soundness
Ability to capture reproducible error traces
Skill in suggesting improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Clear, metacognitive communication skills
Real-world experience in linguistic analysis projects
Peer-reviewed publications or teaching experience
