Run PE/M&A workstreams with direct client contact
Draft/negotiate SPAs, merger and rollover docs, equity and incentive plans, key ancillaries
Own diligence, closings, and counterparty/advisor coordination
Mentor juniors; regular partner exposure
Qualification
Required
3+ years at a leading firm in PE/M&A or growth/VC
Proven independent ownership within a team
Strong business judgment and crisp writing/speaking
CA bar or eligibility (next exam/waiver)
