Responsibilities
Serve as a people manager with responsibility for both direct and indirect reports, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure team success
Develop and implement strategies for contracted medical practices and internal providers to achieve high performance in quality, Stars and HEDIS performance
Interpret data/performance results for Senior Leadership
Stay abreast of changes in CMS updates, cut points and rules regarding quality measures for Medicare and Medicaid
Support internal staff training and education programs regarding Stars/HEDIS requirements for gap closure
Manage the end-to-end strategy and process for closure of all pertinent quality gaps for family members
Monitor, interpret, and track HEDIS and other quality performance measures, at a practice, market and national level, to optimize care outcomes and maximize revenue. Identify performance gaps from report data and guide care teams towards solutions
Develop strategies for closing quality gaps based on month over month performance
Manage all aspects of the Practice Facilitation team, to ensure successful performance and meeting of metrics
Support & educate the Practice Facilitation team, to ensure medical practices are addressing quality gaps for their membership
Collaborate with Network team to ensure medical practices are addressing quality gaps for their membership
Qualification
Required
Possesses a solid knowledge of internal enterprise-wide contractual requirements including, Medicaid and Medicare, and payor regarding Stars/HEDIS
10+ years of HEDIS/stars experience with Medicare and Medicaid contracts (rather than 5)
5+ years of experience with Value-Based Contract management
7-10 years of experience with people management
