Responsibilities

Guide leaders and associates through navigating behavioral and performance related issues

Leverage our available tools and resources to help coach people leaders on how to support themselves on their most common talent-related needs

Execute critical HR processes and policies within the Financial Services division, including talent and performance management, etc

Support HRBPs and Financial Services leaders on ad hoc projects and programs

Partner with associate relations and other key partner groups while providing this guidance to leaders and associates

Provide updates to partners and HRBPs on themes within their partner group and make recommendations on where and how we can improve associate engagement, enablement, inclusion, etc

Data collection, analysis, reporting, and process improvements

Other miscellaneous - presentation development, stakeholder communications, associate consultation, partnering cross-functionally with enterprise HR groups like Associate Relations, Talent Acquisition, People Strategy & Analytics, etc
