Responsibilities

Proactive customer acquisition across the assigned territory
Representing RRC as fast-growing industry leader at trade shows and events
Deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics and sales potential to unlock significant growth
Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers and maintain involvement throughout their design-cycle, striving for an outstanding customer experience
Understand the competitive landscape and share market insights
Manage your sales funnel and maximize conversion rates
Provide technical support for customers and channel partners
Develop regional sales plans as well as multi-year demand forecasts
Independently negotiate technical and commercial contracts
Utilize state-of-the-art tools like CRM, MS Office, etc. to reach highest levels of efficiency

Required

University degree in electronic engineering or business or comparable qualification
Coming with first experience and proven success in a technical sales role or adjacent roles like customer support or service in a relevant B2B environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High level of intrinsic motivation and curiosity, enabling you to constantly learn and improve
Outstanding capability to analyze and understand customer challenges and transform unique selling points into a working solution for the customer
Natural strive to visit customers on site, including the willingness and ability to travel
Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them, providing technical solutions and anticipating their needs

Preferred

Bi-lingual English/Spanish Speaking a plus
