Complete a robust training program that will immerse you into the world of direct to consumer finance

Participate in weekly training and study sessions to prepare to take the SIE License through FINRA, sponsored by our firm!

Develop a keen understanding of Personal Financial Solutions, including client facing and back office functions

Engage with business partners and leaders across the firm to drive career path and networking opportunities
