Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) for enterprise environments
Plan and deploy MECM infrastructure and associated site systems (primary sites, distribution points, management points, etc.)
Manage deployment and updates of Windows-based operating systems, applications, and patches across multiple PCs and servers
Troubleshoot MECM-related issues including client health, software distribution, compliance baselines, and reporting
Collaborate with system administrators, security teams, and network engineers to ensure endpoint integrity and compliance
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including deployment procedures and configuration baselines
Monitor system performance, capacity, and utilization to optimize MECM operations
(Preferred) Support Apple device management integration within MECM or coordinate with JAMF/Intune for hybrid environments

Required

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience supporting medium-to-large enterprise environments with multiple PCs and Windows servers
Proven expertise in administering and deploying Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM)
Experience planning and implementing MECM infrastructure and related site systems
Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, group policies, and endpoint lifecycle management
Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) or equivalent MECM certification preferred

Preferred

Experience managing Apple systems using MECM or related management tools
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, or hybrid device management solutions
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in enterprise environments
Excellent communication and documentation skills
