Responsibilities

Support essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware

Support end-users following the IT Service Management Framework

Participate in service improvement projects and initiatives

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

Help to improve the IT security posture and participate in internal and external audits

Carry out procurement and policy implementation tasks

Support clients and client-supporting teams on IT-related requests and projects

Support essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware

Run staff onboarding and offboarding sessions
