Responsibilities

Drive client outreach strategies and relationship development actions
Identify key pursuits and lead positioning and delivery efforts
Share in the development and growth of internal structure which promotes autonomy
Deliver local projects across the Transportation platform while supporting other infrastructure markets in California
Understand unique trends in the market and create technical differentiation from competitors
Act as a conduit between National Market Solution Leaders, California Sales Leaders, and operations leadership
Lead client service teams for existing and new clients across California
Build strategic win-win relationships with consulting firms and contractors as partners
Engage with existing pursuits that best fit skill sets and support career objectives
Engage with transportation professionals through internal technical and social communities

Required

BA or BS degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Marketing or related discipline
At least 15 years of progressive experience in capital improvements with a specialty in Transportation projects, and a particular emphasis on Ports & Maritime
At least 10 years of management experience; developing and leading procurement teams
Experience developing strategies for growth including brand development; and a successful track record of guiding proposals to a successful outcome
