Responsibilities

Manage AR aging and proactively collect outstanding balances

Update and maintain accurate customer contact and billing information

Record collection activities in accordance with team processes

Partner with Sales and Ops teams to resolve invoice and shipment issues

Analyze creditworthiness and assign credit limits or recommend changes

Perform custom billing, account reconciliations, and audit support

Provide first-level support for credit and AR inquiries

Support daily deposit entry and reporting when needed

Identify process improvement opportunities

Meet and exceed collection goals and team KPIs
