Responsibilities

Performing monthly financial review and analysis

Developing ad hoc excel models to evaluate operations efficiency or examine potential value-add initiatives

Authoring comprehensive quarterly analyses discussing the actual performance of the assets to underwriting and budget

Participating in the strategic direction of the assets as it relates to pricing, value-add premiums, expense control, etc

Providing review and oversight of annual budgets, monthly variance analyses, monthly market surveys, quarterly return on investment calculations, etc

Required

Bachelor's degree (graduates from the Class of 2025)

0-1+ years of experience in investment banking, real estate or other related fields

Strong quantitative, financial analysis and modeling skills are required

Exceptional time management and prioritization are necessary to succeed in a fast-paced environment where the Analyst will be required to manage multiple projects with significant responsibilities and competing priorities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels are keys to success at Related. Must be able to work well in groups, but also take ownership of tasks

Attention to detail as well as a strong desire to grow and succeed is critical
