Responsibilities
Serve as a lead planner for USCYBERCOM Technology Transfer (T2) efforts
Provide advice and assistance to USCYBERCOM in planning T2 concepts, objectives, and formulation of T2 agreements
Assess effectiveness of budgeting and financial resources to advocate on behalf of subordinate components
Perform all supervisory duties expected of a Division Deputy
Qualification
Required
Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET SCI clearance as a condition of employment and must complete a counterintelligence scope polygraph exam
Your resume must describe one year of specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position
Specialized experience would be demonstrated by providing oversight on the development and acquisition of information systems for an organization
Performing supervisory or lead functions for both military and civilian personnel
Interpreting policies and procedures at the higher level in a command
The specialized experience must include, or be supplemented by, information technology related experience which demonstrates each of the four competencies: Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, and Problem Solving
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted
