Responsibilities

Manage and lead the installation efforts at both CONUS and OCONUS operational sites

Manage a site installation team focused on upgrading existing ADPE

Upgrade the operating system

Install new software baselines for multiple ground element C2 architectures and product lines at multiple locations

Coordinate with customer reps and E1 stakeholders to ensure successful software installations

Provide innovative and effective engineering solutions to solve complex technical and installation challenges

Work closely with the Chief Engineer, Systems Engineering, and Software Engineering

Perform Cost Account Management (CAM)

Manage Earned Value Management (EVM)

Oversee Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) business aspects

Required

Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience; Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience; PhD with 1 year of relevant experience; an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience; Master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience; PhD with 4 years of relevant experience; an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Active SSBI required at the time of application and the ability to obtain SCI prior to start date

Domain knowledge across the Mission One customer portfolio

Experience with software product lines and site deliveries

Experience with site installations, including ADPE obsolescence & OS upgrades
