Agri-Business Management Trainee (Analytics)
Mountaire Farms is an agricultural food production and processing company committed to developing future leaders through their Management Trainee Program. This structured 6-month program offers hands-on experience across various business functions, culminating in a capstone project that addresses key business challenges.

Responsibilities
Participate in hands-on training across multiple business functions
Engage with cross-functional teams to understand operational workflows and business processes
Collaborate with department leaders to identify and work on strategic business initiatives
Design, develop, and present a capstone project to senior leadership
Build relationships with employees at all levels and actively participate in the business culture
Attend leadership and development workshops to enhance personal and professional skills
Complete weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly reports as required
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Recent graduate with a degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture Studies, Agriculture Economics, or a related field
Strong interest in a career in management and leadership
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
A proactive approach to work with a high degree of ownership and accountability
Must be willing to travel to different facilities throughout the program (DE & NC)
