Responsibilities
Lead and manage multifamily construction projects, mixed-use, apartments, $10M+ from inception to completion
Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment
Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality and adherence to timelines
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and any potential risks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
5-7+ years of experience in project management within the construction sector, preferably in multi-family projects
Proven experience in managing ground-up construction projects from start to finish
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
