Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship development within affinity groups and association markets
Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships to support retention and organic growth
Develop and execute strategic sales plans that achieve or exceed annual production goals
Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and design insurance or benefit program solutions accordingly
Collaborate with internal underwriting, marketing, and account management teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions
Lead client presentations, negotiations, and proposal discussions with professionalism and confidence
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client information in CRM systems
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to position Gallagher effectively
Represent Gallagher Affinity at industry events, conferences, and association meetings to strengthen market presence

Qualification

Required

5-7+ years of experience in B2B Affinity - Association group sales, business development, and insurance brokerage
Active state insurance producer license (Life & Health required Property & Casualty optional)
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing a full sales cycle
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams

Preferred

Professional Designations and Key Association Industry Engagement preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered
