Responsibilities
Punch in
Check voicemails and text messages and follow back up
Check emails and respond appropriately
Review Calendar for appointments
Grab folders from your bin for your jobs, review them carefully
Load your jobs carefully protecting the product
Call your appts to let them know your time of arrival
Introduce yourself to the customer, prepare and protect the home
Bring product into home carefully and wear your booties
Clean up work area
Demonstrate the product to the customer and ensures customer understands how to properly use the product
Get signature from customer and process final payment
If an issue with the job, please reach out to the rep, do not discuss with the customer other options
Fill out repair form if applicable
If measuring any openings, please use a measure sheet
Put folder in respected bins
Speak with reps about their installs
Restock supplies when needed
Clean out vehicle
Make sure vehicle is locked
Let office know when vehicle needs to be service
Punch out
Qualification
Required
Must have Finish Carpentry skills
Must be able to work with power tools (drills, saws, etc.)
Must be able to accurately read a tape measure
Must have basic math skills
Must be able to go up and down ladders – no fear of heights and physically able to accomplish this requirement
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs over head easily on ladder
Must be able to use tablet and/or computer
Must be able to sit for 2-3 hours while driving
Must enjoy driving
Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
Must be ambitious, motivated, organized and thorough
Sets and achieves goals
Must demonstrate integrity and professionalism at all times
Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable
Must be proficient and have effective verbal and written skills
Must be able and willing to learn new skills
Must be able and willing to problem solve
Must be able to pass background check and have clean driving record
Must follow all safety precautions when in the shop, office, customers home and when operating company vehicle
Valid Driver's License Required
