Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the creation and delivery of training content aligned with customer needs
Assist in developing and maintaining user-facing materials such as quick-start guides, walkthroughs, and eLearning modules
Support live and recorded training sessions for internal teams and customers
Contribute to onboarding and enablement initiatives by preparing follow-up resources and documentation
Track and summarize training participation data to help evaluate content effectiveness
Seek feedback, participate in learning sessions, and apply coaching to support professional growth
Qualification
Required
Working toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Education, or English
Anticipated graduation date within one year of internship
Minimum Overall and Major GPA of 2.80
Minimum of 6 – 12 Accounting hours depending on practice
Work effectively in a fast pace, high-energy environment
Strong problem solving, attention to detail, and communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
Intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, and etc
Valid driver's license required
Preferred
Familiarity with tools such as Articulate 360 and Camtasia is highly preferred
