Responsibilities

Collect and analyze data to improve Menasha’s supply chain operations

Drive process improvement for the Menasha organization and the leading global consumer packaged goods companies

Identify areas in the supply chain that could be improved and implement solutions using data analysis

Propose cost-effective solutions considerate of Menasha’s production capacity

Manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines while maintaining effective communication

Required

Must have a strong desire to drive improvement and be able to analyze planning systems, functions and daily operations

Understanding of how to pull, analyze and record supply chain data; ability to develop new tools to gather data is a plus

Develop a working knowledge of the tools available for controlling and optimizing a supply chain

Must be able to manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines. Maintaining effective communication when faced competing deadlines is required

Learn SAP and become proficient in MRP generated demand planning

Improve Menasha's execution within the most complex supply chains in the world

Pursuing post-secondary degree

Preferred

Experience using SAP or other MRP system is preferred, but not required

Proficient in Microsoft Office; specifically Excel to perform data analysis

Ability to assist with managing manufacturing capacity within a multi‐state region

Solid understanding of the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing plant or facility

Knowledge of how to effectively manage local or distributed inventories of raw materials, work in progress and finished goods
