The Senior / Staff Full Cycle Recruiter will lead full cycle recruiting efforts, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience while driving internal alignment and compliance throughout the recruiting process.

Responsibilities
Lead Full Cycle Recruiting: Develop pipelines of qualified candidates for present and future openings. Source candidates through various databases and LinkedIn using Boolean search techniques. Cultivate 6-10 hires a quarter
Deliver a “Best in Class” Candidate Experience: Develop effective and creative outreach strategies to reach your target candidate audience. Ensure that every candidate has an excellent experience interacting with the Polly team regardless of if they received an offer or not
Drive Internal Alignment: Communicate persuasively in writing and over the phone to candidates, hiring managers and human resource partners. Ensure organized, accurate and effective communication to all parties throughout the recruiting process
Process Focused: Ensure compliance throughout the recruiting and hiring process with all applicable policies, procedures and laws
Qualification
Required
6+ years of technical Recruiting experience
5+ years of experience hiring technical talent and 2+ years hiring senior talent
Have a 'do whatever it takes,' attitude to win as a partner
Enjoy new challenges and wearing many hats
Learning agility, open to feedback and thrive in environments where we strive to do a little better every day
Competitive team spirit, excited to join an organization focused on impact and results
Managed full cycle recruiting in the past
Experience in SaaS recruiting
Experience working with ATS tools like Lever
Understand SaaS business models and how roles contribute to growth and retention
Experience partnering directly with hiring managers, execs, and People teams to shape role definitions and hiring strategy
Preferred
Executive-level recruiting experience (C-suite, VP, or niche leadership roles): demonstrates comfort with complex, high-stakes hiring
Employer branding experience: ability to build Polly's talent brand in a competitive SaaS/AI market
Recruiting analytics expertise: track funnel health, conversion rates, time-to-fill, and provide insights for continuous improvement
Closing skills: strong track record of moving senior/technical talent from offer to acceptance in competitive markets
